Call-out services

We provide a standard call-out procedure for each system installed with a 24 hour after sales service and endeavor to respond telephonically within the hour and on site within 4 hours of being notified. A qualified technician will respond to the specific project with the necessary tools and van stock to attend to the fault, should the system require additional spares, these would be obtained within the shortest time.
